Our consultations are designed for owners and leadership teams seeking experienced outside perspective, clearer direction, or greater confidence before making an important decision.

Each engagement begins with a focused intake form, followed by a one-on-one meeting centered on your business, project, and priorities. Our team then reviews the information and prepares a considered PDF packet outlining our observations, recommendations, and practical next steps. Consultations can address a specific problem, provide guidance for a new venture, or offer a valuable second set of eyes, with expanded options for multi-location businesses, monthly check-in packages, ongoing retainers, additional specialists, comprehensive design or operational audits, and large-scale corporate engagements.

Meetings, and add-on discussions are done via email after the provided form is completed.
